NOTE: If you are registering more than one player, please register your oldest player first!
This registration session will allow you to provide contact information and sign consents. Please read through each page carefully as you are responsible for understanding the information presented in this registration.
In order to complete the registration process, you must complete your USA Hockey registration first. You must also pay (at least) the non-refundable registration fee of $150.
You will also have the option to pay your entire balance in full at the time of registration or to pay the remaining balance (minus $150 registration fee) ONLINE in 2 approximately equal installments that will be due on October 12, 2019 and November 30, 2019.
Families who wish to pay off-line by check may pay the total remaining balance (total balance minus the $150 registration fee) no later than October 12, 2019. Any family who chooses this option and does not pay the full balance by October 12, 2019 will be subject to suspension as indicated in the Payment Policy. Any family choosing this option who cannot pay in full by October 12, 2019 MUST pay the remaining balance online with a credit card (subject to the processing fee). This can be split into two payments. We will NOT accept checks for partial payments or payment plans.
**REMINDER - Teams will be responsible for collecting referee fees as part of their individual team fees.
NEW - We are requiring that the $150 non-refundable deposit be made online at the time of registration. There will be an option to pay the remaining balance off-line by check by October 12, 2019. We will NOT accept checks for the payment plan - we are only accepting check payments IN FULL. We will be sending invoices for the remaining balance due to families who choose this option. Any family who chooses the option to pay off-line by check and then cannot pay the balance by October 12, 2019 will be required to pay the remaining balance online with a credit card. There is a processing fee of 3.25% + $2.00 based on the total amount charged to a credit card.
NEW - Mandatory fundraising fees will NOTE be collected during registration. The first player in each family will be required to sell $100 in fundraising tickets. Each additional child in the same family will be required to sell $60 in fundraising tickets. There will be a buyout option that is equal to the same amount as the total of fundraising tickets. During this registration you will be asked if you will sell tickets or pay the buy out. Again - no fees will be collected during registration.
NEW - Scrip balances can be applied during registration. You will be provided with a code(s) to enter at the check-out screen. If you do not have your Scrip code(s), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing your registration!
